1. Who we are
Neptunes Tech operates this website and provides custom web and mobile development, AI automation, AI voice and text systems, and CRM integrations. Our website describes our team as working remotely in the UK and Pakistan. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Neptunes Tech.
This policy covers our website inquiries, Meta Instant Forms on Facebook and Instagram, and related project conversations. It describes how we handle inquiries for our own services. Data handled within a client's product or system is subject to the arrangements for that project.
For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
2. Information we collect
- Website inquiries: your name, email address, selected service, message, and optional phone number. Our ad landing page asks for your name, email address, and what you would like to automate.
- Meta lead forms: your name, email address, optional phone number, business role, CRM and/or business website, automation requirements, project budget range, and intended start date, as requested by the form you submit.
- Project conversations: information you choose to share in replies, messages, or consultation bookings, including scope, pricing, and scheduling details.
- Technical information: loading the website or sending a form involves network requests to the services described below. Those requests include technical details such as an IP address and browser information. EmailJS also processes request metadata for form delivery.
Please share only what we need to understand your project. Do not include passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information in an inquiry.
3. How we use information
We use the details you submit to:
- Assess whether your project is a fit for our services.
- Respond to your inquiry and understand your requirements.
- Discuss project scope, pricing, budget, and timing.
- Arrange consultations and follow up about the services you requested.
Submitting an inquiry is not blanket consent to newsletters, unrelated marketing, or automated calls or text messages. You can ask us to stop following up at any time by replying to us or emailing the address above.
4. Service providers and sharing
The website uses or links to these services:
- EmailJS: our website forms send the details you enter through EmailJS to our configured email service and inbox. The submission also includes the form source and selected service, where relevant. See the EmailJS Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts: our pages request fonts from Google to display the site's typography. Google receives your IP address when delivering the fonts. See Google's explanation of font privacy.
- Google Calendar, WhatsApp, and Fiverr: if you choose a booking, messaging, or Fiverr link, you interact with that service. The information you provide there is also handled under its own privacy terms.
Meta lead forms: when you submit an Instant Form, Meta makes your submitted details available to Neptunes Tech so we can respond about the requested services. This policy explains our use of those details. Meta separately handles information on its platforms under the Meta Privacy Policy, including information about your use of Facebook, Instagram, and ads. A request to us does not itself delete information held independently by Meta.
Website hosting and email delivery also involve the providers operating those services. We may disclose relevant information when required by law or where necessary to address a legal claim or protect against misuse.
5. Retention and deletion
How long inquiry information is needed depends on whether a project discussion is ongoing, whether you become a client, and whether records are needed for contractual, accounting, or legal matters. You can ask us about the information we still hold and request its deletion by emailing us.
We will review deletion requests and explain if any information needs to be retained, for example to meet an applicable legal obligation or resolve a dispute. Providers may maintain separate records under their own policies; deleting our copy does not automatically remove those independent records.
6. Security
The website and its EmailJS form delivery use HTTPS to help protect information while it is transmitted. Reasonable protection also depends on how the receiving accounts and information are managed. No website, email service, or method of storage can guarantee complete security. Contact us if you believe information shared with us has been compromised.
7. International processing
With our remote team in the UK and Pakistan, project inquiries from US clients may be accessed outside the United States. The services used to deliver the website and handle communications may also process information in other countries, where privacy laws can differ from those where you live. Contact us for details about the locations and arrangements relevant to your information.
8. Your privacy requests
Email [email protected] to ask about our use of your information, request access or a correction, ask for deletion, or stop further inquiry follow-up. Please identify the email address used for your inquiry and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information; restrict or object to certain processing; or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have a right to opt out of certain data uses, appeal a request decision, or complain to your local privacy regulator. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions. We will explain our response and any available next steps.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or services change. The revised policy will appear on this page with an updated date. Where an applicable law requires additional notice or consent, an update to this page does not replace that requirement.
